Two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for four — designed for the way you actually live, not for a weekend visit. The bedroom holds a queen bed and a generous wardrobe. The open living area opens onto a workspace, a sofa with a smart TV and Bose sound system, and large windows that bring in northern Berlin light all day.
Built in 2020 by the architects Sauerbruch Hutton, the FRITZTOWER is the landmark of Berlin's new Mittenmang quarter — its ochre ceramic facade visible from across the city. Inside, the apartment is calm, quiet, and warmly furnished in light woods and muted tones.

The kitchen is fully stocked: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender. Plates, cutlery, knives, pots, and a working pantry of staples and spices. Bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, iron — all included.
Fast Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in the rent. Cleaning is not included in the rent and can be added on demand as a paid extra service — billed transparently, at the cadence that fits your stay.
